1. General Information

Indigo Management Oy (hereafter referred to as “the Service Provider”) sells digital products to individuals and businesses worldwide. These Terms apply to all orders and deliveries, regardless of the buyer’s location.

The Service Provider complies with Finnish law and EU regulations, and customers are responsible for ensuring that purchasing and using digital products is permitted under their local laws.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. Products and Prices

Product descriptions and prices are displayed on each product page. All purchases are final. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. 

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, and the final price is confirmed at checkout and in the order confirmation.

If you wish to make a purchase as a business and receive a VAT-exempt invoice or reverse charge VAT, please contact us at info@efficievent.cm before placing your order.

3. Ordering and Formation of the Contract

Products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart, confirming the order, and completing payment via the available payment methods. A binding contract is formed when the payment has been processed and the order confirmation is sent to your email.

Due to the nature of digital products, you do not have the right to cancel or return the purchase after delivery. By placing your order, you:

• Expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital product before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.
  

• Acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 6, Section 16).
  

This waiver of the right of withdrawal will also be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

4. Delivery and License

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, either via a download link or by email. If you do not receive the product or download link, please contact our customer service immediately.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. Internal business use is limited to the purchasing legal entity and does not extend to subsidiaries, affiliates, or partner organisations. Reselling, distributing, or otherwise commercially exploiting the products without written consent is prohibited.

5. Third-Party Services

Some of our products rely on third-party services, including OpenAI’s GPT technology. While we integrate these services into our offerings, their availability, functionality, and performance are beyond our control.

We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of these third-party services and are not liable for any delays, losses, refunds, or damages resulting from service interruptions, errors, or changes in third-party service availability.

Use of these services may also be subject to their own separate terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. All prices include VAT where applicable, in accordance with Finnish and EU VAT regulations. For purchases made from outside the EU, VAT may not be applied depending on local tax laws.

If you wish to make a purchase as a business and receive an invoice, please contact us at info@efficievent.com before placing your order.

7. Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, a confirmation will be sent to your provided email address. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

The order confirmation also serves as written confirmation of your consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgment that you have waived your statutory right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

An invoice or receipt will be included in the confirmation for your records.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, you do not have the right to cancel or return the purchase once the product has been delivered and you have explicitly agreed to waive the right of withdrawal (in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6, Section 16).

If the product is defective or the download link does not work, please contact our customer service at info@efficievent.com immediately, and we will resolve the issue.

9. Limitation of Liability

All products and content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are responsible for product defects in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Indigo Management Oy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the products. You are solely responsible for how you use the content and any decisions made based on it. Nothing in our products constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party tools integrated into our products and disclaim liability for any interruptions or changes caused by such services.

10. Data Protection (GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Disputes and Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes primarily through negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached, consumers may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before bringing a case to the Board, consumers should first contact the Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).

Any legal disputes shall be handled by the District Court of Helsinki, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
