What this is (and why it helps)
This is a template for a delegation manual. Or as some people call it:
- Chefs de Mission manual
- Team info pack
- A document you’ll wish existed if you don’t make one
It covers the basics:
- Where people go
- What they need to know
- Who to bother when things go sideways
The layout is intentionally simple.
Because if you spend too long making it look nice, someone will open it in Office web and destroy it anyway (ask me how I know...).
And I have both Word and Google Doc versions for you!
